IGN - Best Games Of The Decade

Not sure I'd rate HL2 as the best game of the decade. I've played through it three or four times and it's very good, but doesn't really compare to the hours I played bf1942, bf2 or civ4.

any games of the decade list that doesnt put WoW on top is instant fail. its unarguably the most influential, successful both in terms of reviews and commercially and the most popular game on the planet.

Indeed. Even with it being released in 2000 it still doesn't qualify

Everyone also seems to be missing hte point that they have shown a clip of CSS while saying CS.

Not that it really matters, that entire list is a joke.

Why not WoW? Does that not count as a game. No one can doubt its success and the gameplay is good when you get into it.

I just don't feel it is top ten out of 10 years worthy.

First one was jaw dropping actually. But I've had more fun from other games, that's all. It's a matter of personal opinion, where this list comes is influential games. Some of them, are wrong though.

List is just a list. Most games there have worth but anyone's top 10 will be different to anyone else's.

The biggest fail is that WoW is not up there.

and yea vice city imo is still the best GTA game with san andreas a close second.

gtaiv is pretty boring the world is to samey and its just meh every street could almost be the same one nothing stands out

fallout 3 was a snoozefest

Far Cry should be in there, still the best of the series imo.
