I have managed to get my hands on a cracking deal for the above processor . . .

With ASUS clearly in mind and Windows XP Pro - what would the very best MB and RAM combo be please currently available @ OCUK?

Well then you can just get the best there is. An ASUS/Gigabyte X38 chipset mobo with 4Gb PC8500. Thing is most people don't need to spend that much for the same performance and overclockability, so a much more sensible combination would be a P35 mobo (ASUS P5K (Deluxe) or Gigabyte P35(C)-DS3(R)) with 4Gb of PC6400 kits.
