IIS 8 FTP SSL - Issues

Hi Wondering if anyone can help me out.

I've setup SSL FTP in IIS my FTP client FlashFXP connects without any issues however most backup software I try fails to connect.

When I setup Handybackup to save to FTP I get the following error.

FAILURE:>21:53:43 Can't connect to FTP server.

Any tips on getting this to work, all firewall ports are configured etc.
