I'm after an Equality & Diversity Training DVD with famous people in

American History X.

But do your staff really need to be told not to be racist and sexist? lol

"I really hated Pakis and queers until I watched that vid with the bloke from Monty Python in, it really changed the way I see the world."

The one with Peter Pervis from The Office.

I think Steve Coogan did something similar. Or was that for Raffles crisps?

ah but it can be more suttle, for instance until I watched our companys crappy vid I never knew that if I were a mexican worker, it would be in appropriate for me to make a joke to another mexican worker about mexican workers being lazy...

Why do you want famous people in it?

We have over 7,500 workers and past experience has shown that famous people in training material works better.
We have a very successful Blood Transfusion training DVD with Dr House in it.

Please please tell me you wrote that on purpose?
If not, then that's exactly why you need training.

Last week I asked a staff member what E&D is all about and she replied 'It's all about blacks' - oh dear.

We were shown one in basic training (RAF) and starred a few folk from Eastenders. Can't seem to find it online anywhere though.
