Your card is faulty, it's not up to you to mess around with various programs to try & fix it. It's all well & good keeping it under 65c but then it's louder & what do you do in the summer when it is hotter? Just call them & RMA it.

I used the webnote and sent them an email =)

Such a shame, first thing that I have bought from OCUK thats faulty, other than this they have been excellent.
