Can anyone see any problems with this lot together, I have a feeling I may need different RAM.

wow that's a great price on that ram. i paid £55 for them back in september.

I know this isn't the right place to post it, but I know this CPU is pretty good for overclocking, would that RAM and the mobo i currently have in my basket be any good for overclocking this cpu?

Mainly gaming, but not the newest of the new games. Budgets around 140.

And would my PSU work with this mobo? The review said something about it having misleading power stats.

never heard of that power supply. If no one else has and can vouch for them id suggest you dont get one.
