650W is enough.
Still few in stock.

Especially if not needing Wifi could save good amount also on motherboard.
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/gigabyte-b550-aorus-elite-amd-am4-b550-atx-motherboard-mb-58v-gi.html
For ordinary PC with Wifi this would do
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/msi-...am4-b550-micro-atx-motherboard-mb-35f-ms.html
Full ATX is £195

That thin mid sizeradiator marketing peeliquid cooler isn't worth its price.
Best heatpipe coolers can do better continuous cooling per noise.
And something like £43 Alpenfohn Brocken 3 would do well for Ryzen's pretty honest TDP.

Scythe Mugen 5 is actually little heavier, but don't know if Scythe still uses Intel optimized convex base "less than optimal" for AMD.
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/search?sSearch=mugen+5

If you insist on water pipes Arctic Freezer II has genuinely beefier radiator with more than anorexic thickness.

Saved money can be used on guaranteedly future and multitasking proof 32GB.

Will this motherboard support Team Group 8Pack Edition 16GB DDR4 PC4-28800C16 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit, I will change the CPU cooler but this is a need to know as everyone recommends this RAM as it's future proof.

This is such a good post. I was about to say along the lines. You honestly don't need such a beefy PSU unless you really want to get it.

As for the RAM I would buy any B-grade RAM 3200 with decent timings. You are looking at a couple of FPS benefit which isn't really worth it. Unless you actually want 3600 then go for it.

Also my input on case would be to get one with good airflow rather than from tempered glass

Do you have a budget in mind?

There are several cases, I've listed some below in no particular order:

Lancool II Mesh
Meshify C or S2
O11D /XL
Define 7

You can search here on ocuk website. Let me know if you want more budget offerings

MB x570 tomahawk if that's your budget. Do you have any preference towards brands?

For the cooler, I do not have experience with AIO so I'll let someone else have a stab but for air cooling there are a lot of good options again. The NHD15 is an excellent choice but scythe and arctic coolers are great budget options.

That is a powerful CPU you have chosen 3900X. What monitor setup do you have. You may want to make sure you have 1440p 100+ Hz screen to take advantage of this beast.

Would definetly go for the 8 pack ram as not only will it out perform the other 2 currently in games it will also overclock to 4400+ so if you upgrade to zen 3 in the future which is supposed to have a better memory controller that can do 2000+ Fclk then ram that can do over 4000 will go very nicely with that.

For the motherboard you probably don't need to spend anymore than the 175ish for a B550 tomahawk. Save the cash or get a bigger 2tb nvme etc.
