The little things always make a massive difference to the looks. The wheel caps on our Mini had gone like that as well and looked so much better when I swapped them.New badge for the car - £41!

I've got one of their DV+ valves sat in front of me. When I fitted it, it threw a CEL and went into limp every time I booted it. Just couldn't get it to work despite them saying there was nothing wrong with it.Snazzy new bits for the car so it can make cool noises

It was one of their diverter valves not the dump valves so should have been a drop in replacement just with stronger parts than the stock plastic one, it even reused the original solenoid to move the piston. No amount of oiling/not oiling the piston, changing the springs or reseating made it work. Some DVs have a recirculating style function where, when it blows off, the air is captured and recycled. If you replace these with a "dump to atmos" style valve (air is released to the atmosphere to give the "pshht" noise that all chavs love) then the ECU thinks there is an issue as its expecting x amount of air and gets none.
