Yup it’s amazing. I made the dough Wednesday night and left in the fridge till this morning. Bbq was up to temp in probably 20-30mims while the was getting the pizzas ready. Used 2 chunks of wood which next time I think I’ll put more to an edge to get more heat over the top.I have the exact same setup with my Weber and it always delivers excellent pizzas. 10 minutes to mix the dough, some hours to prove of course but then get the bbq up to temp while you roll out and construct the pizzas and when it’s all ready you can churn them out every five minutes tops.
Cook time was under 5 mins per pizza.
