I got them from here. I had to send them my earphones too as they hadn't made sleeves (or gloves as they call them) for these ones yet.

They're Libratone Q-Adept. The bundled ear buds were rubbish but the comfort and sound is so much better with the sleeves.

They're even more amazing when they're not falling out of your ear like the were for me. The difference in sound quality is amazing. Night and day I would say.

Mine don't fall out and I only ever use them on the bus on my way into town so not really a high priority for me.

Mine didn't fall out much, it's more that the seal in my ear canal was very fragile so a slight movement and the seal breaks leading to very tinny sound. Also the positioning of the right headphone was a pain for me, it made it rub against my ear which after an hour or so on a flight would end up a bit sore.
