    I assumed these are of different, more comfortable design to allow you to be able to sleep with your head on the pillow (I'm a front sleeper). Otherwise, yes, how are these better than lots of other earphones?

    Bulk? As I am guessing these are more contoured so when you lie on your side they are not uncomfortable.

    Okay, so which are you saying? There are a million others out there like these, or these are less bulky and suited for sleeping with them in? I'm confused?

    If you search for wireless Bluetooth earbuds a lot will show up from £40 upwards. They are not designed for sleeping but general use.

    These are for a specific purpose is all. If they played music, I'd be interested. I put myself to sleep listening to podcasts.
