Well I ordered stuff yesterday at 745am to be delivered to glasgow and it doesnt look like its even been posted yet

I guess there must be a lot of back orders from over the xmas holiday period as it says Im in the warehouse queue.

No, there isn't - you should post in the customer service forum with your order number, send a webnote, or call.

Well, Scotland never started again until the 4th. So parcels would have been processed and left on the 4th, arrived at the delivery depots on the 5th.

Royalmail might not have started back on the 4th but other courier were working in Scotland.
