Personally I have very little practical knowledge of cars, I know how to do a "full" service but that is about it really.

Thanks for the input, I guess most of you are right especially at my age with very little knowledge and capital.

Maybe it could be something I can do when I'm older, think I need a lot more hands on experience with cars first.

What about getting some experiance first, and on a smaller scale with lower capital requirements, I'E buying secondhand UK cars and then selling on at a profit, after tidying them up, or buying them more cheaply in the first place via auction etc

I was looking into that but I don't have the space to work on a car. No driveway and on a busy road. Any suggestions?
