I use a bluetooth A2DP adapter (20 quid from purple shirts) to an aux in - as soon as I get in the car it connects to my phone and outputs all audio. Music starts playing immediately (normally from Tune In Radio). Because I have a Galaxy Note it makes a great sat nav as well.
