In house fax solution

Need a reliable fax solution for a customer. They have only two fax lines but they're on the go almost constantly with orders.

Ideally, a boxed solution that I don't have to think about but I'm not averse to installing something on one of their servers.

They've used David Faxware and Microsoft Faxing in the past.

Suggestions appreciated :)
 
Hmm - does VoIP work well with fax transmission? If so could a soft solution be workable? :S

I certainly know that some multifunction printers have scan to PDF facility, which is likely very useful to remove clutter from the office. Whether that'd be acceptable is another matter.
 
We're currently looking at a FaxPress Premier box from AMS for a 6 line solution for one of our clients. Very nice looking piece of kit, good support options also. It was around 10k for the 6 line solution.
