What PSU do you have?

its 1920x180 at 120hz and it only slightly overclocked using the asus turbo.
I was looking at getting the msi z97 gaming 5 bored after upgrading the card

I would just get the card and oc your current cpu, the jump to haswell and z97 etc wont be that big tbh. Sadly as gamers, intel have just been drip feeding us performance increases for the last few generations.

No need to spend massive amounts on watercooling tbh, (looks great though). A decent air cooler will be more than adequate. The sb chips such as the 2600k run a bit cooler than the later ivybridge and haswell chips.
