I currently have a Motorola Defy, it's a great phone but with thick fingers the touch screen feels a bit small at times and the camera is well worse than any I've had. Apart from wanting a larger screen and a better camera it does everything I want it to really.

My Vodaphone contract is coming to an end and over the last few weeks I have been looking into what to do next, what phone and contracts etc, its currently a 300 mins, unlimited text, 1gb net for £20 a month. I have been offered a nice sim only contract from t-mobile for 900 mins, ulimited texts + 3gb internet for £10 p/m for 12 months, or an upgrade with vodaphone for a free phone with 500mins, unlimited texts, 500mb internet + 2gb bt wifi(which I wont really use as I can never seem to find a bt wifi where I go) for £31 a month. Vodafones current internet offerings are pitiful though.

Below are a list of options that I have narrowed down. But I am in need of some advice as I am stuck in a rut in what to do.

[Option 1]
Upgrade with vodaphone and go for a Galaxy sII - it's a great phone, but is several months old and still expensive.

[Option 2]
Upgrade with vodaphone and go for a Galaxy Nexus - it's a great phone from the hands on reviews I've seen, also ICS looks sweet.

[Option 3]
Go for the T-Mobile Sim only and get a brand new untouched Arc S for £200 from a friend. - Nice phone, only issue is the screen is not Amoled like the others but should be better than the defy.

[Option 4]
Go for the T-Mobile Sim only and stick with the defy for now till I can find a phone that seriously makes me want to get it.

[Option 5]
Leave Vodafone for another contract and try get a Galaxy nexus / Galaxy sII for free / cheap with the contract.
