Get an authentic thali platter.*

Failing that, if you want something authentic, navratan korma, paneer masala, and aloo gobi are good.

*You may have difficulty finding this in your average "Indian" takeaway

Wise decision

. I used to just have Rogan Josh and Bhuna all the time but then decided to give this a try and its awesome. I didnt like the sound of it from the description as I hate sweet and sour chinese, but it really works in a curry.

Now I just need to perfect the recipe so I can make it at home.
