Indie/Rock places in London

Hello.. I don't normally post these threads, but here goes..

I've always been a "if it's music I don't care" type of guy, thus always been to typical bars/clubs for a night out, but this time I have had a request for Indie/Rock only, no house, no r'n'b etc. and I'm clueless...

Soho, Covent Garden/Leicester square.. anywhere in/around the center of London is viable, so suggestions please

Push @ Mean Fiddler next to Tottenham Court Road Station is amazing, there's a band on most Saturdays too, seen Rev & Makers, Pull Tiger Tail etc there, some are OK. Nice place with good music

i went an all day gig there a few months back, drinks were £3.20, and that was a can, not a pint :eek:

You could start off in the Intrepid Fox.
(Note they are no longer on Wardour Street. They are under Centre Point on St Giles St.)
