Hey, just formatted my pc and installed Vista as i thought i might aswell... but im starting to regret it now.
My specs are....
Mobo : DFI Lan Party SLI Ultra-D nf4
CPU : AMD64 3500 @ 2.21Ghz
GFX : x1950pro 256mb DDR - Cat 7.10 Drivers
Memory : Corsair pc3200 XMS 2x1Gb's
Before in XP i could run WoW/TF2 in fulll eye candy with not much slow down unless things got hectic.
Now in Vista even at medium settings just standing still there is MASSIVE slow down, its like huge CPU lag, kinda like there is something running in hte background, but there is nothing at all, even tried running the games with nothing else at all running, still the same problem.
Is there any solution? or is this just the performance hit that Vista gives?
