Intel Core i5 750 2.66Ghz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156)

Can someone please spec me a nice Motherboard to go with the above processor that has to have onboard graphics (if not then a cheap graphics card for now would do) and takes DDR3 Ram.

Also, what ram should i get with it? Cheers

None with onboard graphics that im aware of at the moment but take a look at:

Gigabyte GA-P55-US3L Intel P55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 Motherboard [GA-P55-US3L] - £ 79.99

G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL) - £74.99

Palit GeForce 210 512MB DDR2 PCI-Express Graphics Card - £32.99

Looking for a good quad CPU and i guess the one i have listed above is about the best for the price range? Also, graphics must be able to play Call Of Duty!! lol

Intel Core i5 750 2.66Ghz (Lynnfield) (Socket LGA1156) or:

AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 3.2GHz (Socket AM3) - OEM

I have a superb After market cooler so thats no worry.

Which CPU guys? I am not into Overclocking just want a good, fast and cool CPU. Also, which motherboard and ram guys? Would prefer Onboard graphics but not a problem if not. Does the intel use less power? If so, what is the watt? Thanks
