Unsurprisingly, both offer faster single core performance than any Ryzen 5000 part, including the 5950x.

Really excited to see new CPU's launch that push the boundaries for gaming and applications that don't need more than 8 cores (most apps us consumers use tbh!).

Also excited to see stock levels, it will be a nice change to be able to buy these CPU's in the weeks after launch. Ryzen 5900x and 5950x launched months ago, both out of stock everywhere even today. The parts that are in stock are at massively scaled prices.

Another thread? Can't you just post in any of the other threads you've started (and been widely ridiculed in)?

So far we've had:

"ULTIMATE GAMING CPU!!!" - Which it isn't.

Zen 3 paper launch - Which isn't true.

Massively scalped prices and no stock of 5800/5600X - Complete nonsense, two seconds on Google shows widespread stock of 5800X at or close to RRP.

The glory of AVX-512!!!! - But half the cores a flagship should have. Does give a nice Geekbench score though!

Fantasies of bountiful stock because Intel own their own fabs - Intel's production problems over the last few years would disagree with that.

ANother one again. We get it, you wear blue pajamas to bed at night and dream of Intel. Surely we just need 1 thread for the new unreleased Intel processors
