I think I need apex or better IMC. Both of my kits seems to wall at 4400Mhz 19-21-21-44 no matter what voltage. I have seen Galax HOF 2016 doing 4500Mhz 19-21-21-42 on Apex so I think either the strix itx board or my 8700K potatoed out.

Possibly, but they wall at the same speed so chances are something is limiting them. One Gskill TridentZ, one Galax HOF OC Lab 2017 which is supposed to be a super high binned kit. Or maybe I'm just potato.

that would depend on the cpu I would imagine it should be around 1.2-1.3 for vccio and 1.22-1.32 for SA. it depends on the cpu, raising it high doesn't necessary increase mem oc. These voltages work more like a sweet spot point.
