Internal HDA Extension

Does anyone know where to get hold of a HDA extention cable? Have an Antec 300 case and the HDA cable is too short to reach the motherboards HDA socket (right at the bottom of the board) and i'm struggling to find (searched google, ebay, ******s etc) anything suitable

Did you sort this problem? I am having exactly the same issue!

If anyone else has ideas that may help I would be very thankful as it is my first build and I just can't see a solution.
