Internet pages not refreshing...Help!!

Hi,

I've just updated to IE7 and web pages such as this are not refreshing when I click on them... I have to do CTRL F5 to see updates.

Can anyone help please?

What do you mean?
 
for example when I click on this thread your answer doesn't appear until I do a hard refresh by pressing CTRL F5.

Its something to do with cookies I think, as its just showing me the original page and not any updates to it.

Its also happening on other web sites.
 
Ive never even installed IE7, so I cant help but it sounds like a page caching problem, look at the 2nd post again he was helping! My parents have complained about ie7 and they know absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and switch browsers.
 
I'm using Vista with IE7 and don't have any problems like this. Changing browsers shouldn't be the only answer.

Have you tried a flush of your cookies and internet cache? Do that then reboot, maybe clearing the current data will allow it to rebuild without this problem.
 
I had exactly the same problem - I just fiddled with Tools>Internet Options and deleted all the cookies and files and history. In settings I changed it to every visit to the page

I don't know which bit fixed it, but I'm ok now
