Internet Provider who to move to?

We a currently with BT Internet Option 3 (unlimited downloads + 8meg speed) but recently its became rather pants and the money we paid for the internet is not worth what we are getting. Its throttled at times.

We are looking to move and the minamun that it must have is

8meg downlaod or more
unlimited downloads limit
no throttling
and compatable to work with the dlink dsl router 624


Was looking at sky aol or tiscali.

max budget is £30 max per month

We are locted in Aberdeen City Area


Any help and suggetions greatfull
 
You won't get unlimited and no throttling without nearly tripling your budget.
The Enta resellers offer high off-peak caps, but how feasible that is depends on just how much you're using.

I was on there main package but have just downgraded to their Value package for £15/month. 8gb/1.3gb bandwidth & unlimited download :)

TBH their service is fine, their customer support is the worse in the entire universe they all seem to be incompetent 1/2 whits, either that or their 'system' is so excruciatingly complicated that none of them can actually use it.

I'm supposed to be on 1/2 price BB as they totally stuffed up our move, thing is i'm not paying 1/2 price actually full, i've rang them 8 times this year alone - sorted - next month still full price, i've even had them tell me i am on 1/2 price yet i have my invoice in front of me stating full.. complete and utter morons.

Enta resellers, you can get the package im on for £30 (UKFSN), 60gb peak usage, 330gb off peak a month, peak hrs are 8am till 10pm, off peak is 10pm till 8am and all weekend, i download all the time peak/off peak, and ive never even hit 60gb a month full total usage.
