Interview for WSM

Going from an Assistant Shift Manager to Warehouse Shift Manager. Big food distribution place. Not processing food just picking mixed products onto pallets and sending them to other depots.

Probably around 300 people on my shift. Anyone have any experience in this and more specifically, what kind of questions are they likely to ask.
