I'm running Windows 7 and the latest iTunes both in 64bit.
Every now and then I am having a terrible time syncing my iPhone as when I plug it in the below happens:
Now I know I have backed up my iPhone in the past month, numerous times, every time I sync the thing it says backing up. Yet when I click on "restore from the backup of" I can only backup from October!
If I click on Set up as a new iphone it will erase everything I have. I keep getting this issue.
Not sure what to do. Never sync my phone again is the only safe way that I'll keep it in tact. Putting me off iPhones this is.
