iPhone usb car chargers?

Hi all,
I have an Anker Car Charger Mini 24W 4.8A which I used to use with my iPhone XS, but since getting a iPhone 11 Pro it seems to take much longer to charge the phone.
Is this the fastest I can get for an incar charger?

The XS and 11Pro both support 18w USB PD fast charging. The Anker one you listed supplied your phone around 10w per port.

Grab yourself a PD charger and a USB C to lightning cable.
