Ipod touch, dock and case - any suggestions?

Hey everyone

Im gettin an ipod touch and im lookin at the Belkin iPod Touch Leather Folio - Persimmon/Bone case for it and I want a dock just to plug into on my desk so it charges up, connects with my computer and also connects to my stereo but a lot of people complain about the apple dock not being all that great, so has anyone got suggestions?

or **** i just do without a dock?

I just quite liked the idea of plugging it into one place for so that its out the way but also is then connected to my stereo.

Just wondered if anyone knew of any other brands of docks, but after a scout rnd doesn't look like its hopeful, but ill probs hang fire on the apple dock see how i go with out it
