why is there so many recruitment companies. Its like a pryamid scheme or something. So many start up recruitment companies employing recent graduates who inturn are empoying graduates.
its like a endless cycle and i call it ironic because of the amount of unforntunate graduate who are unable to secure placements are settling for jobs which looks for jobs.
most of the companies dont even support their candidates to get professional qualifications such as CIPD.
