Is 1.95v safe for an AM3 Board with a Phenom II 955?

I am looking at getting some OCZ DDR3 PC3-12800 running at 1.95 volts with a Phenom II 955 and a Gigabyte GA-790XTA-UD4. Is this safe in the long run? If not, has anyone got any ideas for RAM that runs at 1600MHz with 4gb preferably as cheap as possible? Thanks.

If I remember right, it was reported that Socket 754/939 AMD Athlon 64s would break at certain combinations of CPU and DDR voltages when paired with BH-5 RAM (These were 3.0V+). I don't think that this is an issue for any typical AM3 configurations, but just an interesting fact. :)
