They have improved but customer services are still horrible. They are still using Indian Call Centres (I have nothing against the use of Indian Call Centres if they could at least understand what I'm saying ), took me an hour to get a PAC code from 3 for my sister a few weeks back.
Had the same problem with customers when I use to work for P4U 2 years ago so on a customer service level, they haven't improved. Before my sister moved from 3 to Voda, she still had problems which you listed above. Reception has improved but isn't good enough. If you are thinking of rejoining 3 and expecting a completely different service from what you had before, you'll be disappointed.
