Just google for a PC power/watt calculator or similar and you will find a tool that allows you to enter all components being used on your system, with the overclock values where applicable, it will then give you your power usage.

besides power factors are always a few percentage less as nothing is 100% efficient... unless you can afford super conducotrs and the lieks :)
 
well i have a similar system to yours without water cooling and .2 slower clock on hte cpu and antec power calculator reckons only 742 watts, i currently have a 1000 watt psu and it runs my system fine, so you only have a rad to go on top of all that.

have you overclocked ur gtx480,if so how much/is it stable
 
well i jst bought my 2 gtx480 for £335 each,best deal i could find on the net,so im well pleased,jst hope my psu is up to the job now,i will need to re-think the water blocks until i get another rad to cool all this,also found a cracking hand pump on amazon which will make draining this thing a doddle
 
i have had them ay 800mhz easily enough on air, was unstable at around 850mhz but for the games i play i dont really need them overclocked so i put it back to stock.
