I was looking for a replacement motherboard, it needs to be PCI so I can put a geforce 7800 in there but I can only find ones that say 64bit.

The processor I have is a Athlon XP 2800 :(

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I think your a little confused? (or I am reading your post :p ) PCI or PCI-Express? There are no PCI 7800s, only PCI-Express or AGP ones.

An Athlon XP 2800 can only be on socket A, I'm not sure if there are any PCI-Express socket A boards.... don't think so...

Nah you'll need to upgrade both your cpu and motherboard to atleast Socket 939 to get a PCI-E graphics card.

Actually 754 and 478 have PCI-Express mobos, both older than 939 but neither any use with an Athlon XP anyway :p

It's debatable whether either of those would be an upgrade from a Barton :D

There's nothing wrong with 754 mate. I had a XP2800 and went to a 754 3400+ and it was a big leap in performance. Check my siggy to see what i have now. It would certainly give many 939 rigs a damn good run for their money and now i've gone watercooling i can get even more out of my rig.
