never used it have overclocked my 4870 maually to 800mhz+950MHz mem
don't dare hit auto tune incase something screws up and even more so doing it manually

it's a sapphire 512mb GDDR5 version standard clock speeds were 750+900 MHz

anyone got one who could give me some advice i know about artifacts and everything just not sure on whats temps these stock coolers can handle and what realistic gains i can expect

it depends on the revision i think on how well it overclocks , which cooler does it have ? . the sapphire 4870 i had would only overclock to 790/1090 using the autotune overclock , after i got the latest bios from sapphire i could set it to 825/1100

the cooler has chrome heat pipes and a all black case with a fan in the middle
