Is Disneyland worth visiting as an adult?

I highly recommend Busch Gardens over Disneyland if you're into Rollercoasters.

They're both worth doing, but don't buy too many days worth of passes if you go as others have said there is so much other stuff to do there apart from the Disney parks!

Yes... massively. It's not just one park like Disneyland Paris.

Disneyland Paris is actually 2 parks. They put in a sort of MGM-studios style park as well, with 2 cracking coasters, both indoors, Aerosmith and finding Nemo. Really good?

The main park is BADLY dated. They built it at the wrong time, technologically speaking.

I've been to Disneyland Paris, Disneyworld Orlando and Disneyland Anaheim at various stages in my lifetime.

I think it's worth a visit if you have never been to one before, it's a theme park but a little more special... However don't expect loads of white knuckle rides.

I think the real 'magic' of the place comes from going as a child. Although I don't have kids myself, I can also see that taking them there would be a lot of fun, my parents certainly found that to be the case.

If you go with family or partner I'm sure you will have a good time.

I went to the one in Florida as a kid. It was amazing, and my parent really loved it too.

Went to the one in California with my ex and it was still ace. I am a fan of Disney though. I still remember my ex (think he was 23/24, I was 20) shouting out "wow, a dragon!! at the fireworks show and even kids turned round to look at him.

Would love to go back to any of them again!

Disneyland Florida as an Adult 1000% YES.

Never went as a kid so don't know what I missed. As an Adult it was ace. As an Adult taking my two boys it was even better.

Not called The Magic Kingdom for nothing you know ;)

If going as a couple and you like coasters its wonderful. It really is a magical holiday to me and the missus, the atmosphere is great.

Florida is amazing. Even at 12 nights we couldn't do everying we wanted to... Been twice now, can't wait to go again.

Paris we are going to in summer.

If you're going to disneyland, go in October - the halloween nights at Universal LA are epic. Not sure how the one at Universal Orlando compares as they don't have a backlot tour.

Disneyland isn't as good as Disneyworld though.

Not been to disneyland paris or any of the other ones though, so can't comment.

We did Disneyland in LA 3 years ago, can't say I was overly impressed tbh. Rides weren't anything special, Space Mountain was quite tame despite the Redneck in front telling us it was the best ride in the world. The 4d cinema was good though.

I'd consider doing Disney World and would probably take the little one to Paris when she's old enough to enjoy it but not sure I would go back if it wasn't for her.

And a little tip, DO NOT walk about while they are raising or lowering the American flag, I swear we would have been shot but at least half of them for it had they not been too busy saluting it :p
