Is Gran Turismo 5 any good ??

Its a great game but it isnt somthing that you pick up and its great, you have to do your licences and work your way up from a crappy starter car ala all gt's

Am used to that from being a fan of the old ridge racers games years ago...

Think i wait a few months to see if it comes down in price...
I Wanted a new PS3 game to play on my new 5.1 AV audio setup, But am not going pay £40 for one

Well worth picking up, even if you have to pay full price. Only taken it out of my PS3 once since release, I play it every day, which I can't say I have done with many other releases.

In short, buy it.

I like wipeout HD but can't say I've played it in what 12 to 24 months. Maybe if I'd stated roadracing driving game I can nullify that aspect.

If your a car game fan you'd have this already.

I admit after playing forza3 for a year (cos i got tired of waiting for gt5) the transition to gt5 was a bit dissapointing - however after a while gt5 is what im always playing now and forza is gathering dust.
