facebook? I would do it in person, but I never see her when I am on the lash.
She used to work where I work 1 year ago. I didn't speak to her much then because she was on days and I work nights.

Depends...

If you see her every day and don't/can't talk to her.. then no its not alright imo...

If its someone you've lost touch with and don't see any more in person then it might be ok... don't really lose anything by asking.
