Is it legal to use AnyDVDHD to play blu-rays on the PC?

Is it legal in the UK to use AnyDVDHD to play blu-rays on the PC using Media Player Classic, etc., and is it legal to own the software?

I use AnyDVDHD, you'll still need a player for some blu rays, many of the ones I own will not work correctly in MPC-HC, which is annoying. CorelWinDVD seems to play everything I throw at it (when used with AnyDVDHD)
