Is it worth fitting an aftermarket tracker or immobiliser?

They only take any notice if it’s a monitored alarm system, otherwise they don’t care, our old house was alarmed with general one and they broke in at around 11am on a Monday morning looking for my car keys.. we were away on holiday.

After having a car stolen with keyless relay, I decided to git a Ghost my M2 I got afterwards despite it not being keyless.

It was as much for peace of mind as anything else. It also helped that my insurance company offered a very healthy discount for fitting one - making the M2 one of the cheapest cars I've insured!
