Is it worth swapping my ram?

In a few months I am looking to swap my CPU and motherboard for a 3700x/3800x and a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite. Is it worth swapping my ram, currently have 32GB (2x16gb) of Kingston HyperX 2400 overclocked to 2859MHZ?

If I did get new ram, I would probably only get 16GB for the moment. Also is it worth going faster than 3600MHz, as I have noticed that AMD recomend 3200 to 3600MHz with there new Ryzen CPU's.

Makes sense really, it's not like I really need to change it.

Thanks for the input, I was beginning wonder if anyone would respond. Perhaps I should have posted this in the cpu part of the forum
