Having just got a new monitor for christmas, i'm noticeing lag and FPS drops a lot more with the higher resolution (1920x1080) when playing COD4 and other games.

Would i notice an increase in perfomance with the above card? Also would it be able to run with my BeQuiet 450w PSU?.

Pushing your luck with a 450W psu I think, and the performance increase would only be slight.

Drop the quality a bit, see if you can live with it.
