If you sorted our the wheels, springs and the fact it's not a mk1 then I'd definitely go for it. :p

Considering its advertised at £6,500 then yes, spending £8,500 would be very stupid indeed

    8.5k is crazy money.

6.5k without the wheels is slightly less crazy.

    6,500 without the wheels.
Presumably the OP wants wheels with his car.

£6500.00 doesn't include the wheels or the stretched rubber.

Unless of course you want a car with wheels.

Not my cup of tea at all Johnny but then you would probably think that about all the cash I spend on old Jap crap :p

So it should be about £5,500 with them included, because they're terrible?

    £2k for wheels? LOL

I'd own the R36 if it was RHD, other than that, they are both overpriced ****ters.

Worst base ever for an engine conversion.

I agree initially paying a premium for a G60 model and then ripping out the supercharged lump seems a bit daft but theres just something awesome about the G60 in general.

I see the appeal of the G60, but once you take the G60 engine out, and start ****ing with other stuff it becomes pointless.
