Ideologically driven authoritarian dictators... Remember Catalonia? The screechers on the streets and the people who cried about Brexit on here they are the hypocritical unaware folk who had their own grandiosity and self pompousness that got a bloody lip. Whether they like it or not, they lost. Now they need to get over it.
I lost the vote for AV in 2011 (iirc). Did I go off on a huge rant, marches and politically attacking those who wanted the FPTP? No.
The problem again is that we are seeing something quite unprecedented in our lifetimes (certainly mine) and there is a pattern of populist movement growing in Europe, precisely because the political class (who are venerated by some) have utterly failed and have put the needs of their people at the back of the line. This is their eat cake moment.
Sadly, the remainers may get their wish of a dodgy Brexit deal that's done under the table. That's Brexit in name only
