IS MIRACLE/FAIITH HEALING POSSIBLE??

As in a young man from south africa had a condition where one leg was shorter than the other by a few inches, he was prayed for adn one leg grew to the same size as the other in a matter of seconds.

Oh dear.

I once saw a witchdoctor in a Nigerian village turn into a snake.
He walked into his hut and a snake came out.
It was a miracle.

I better not tell you tell you about a witch doctor from Ghana then had I! I am very hesitant in posting the stories Ive seen/heard. But I know they are true due to the fact that either Ive seen it happen or the people who told me it happened I know and they wpuldnt lie

Its very easy for people on here now to slate me and thats fair enough Ive come to expect it. But if there are people here who are genuinely interested about this read a book called the Heavenly Man, read it.

lmao ,that just about sums it up for me :D

As for those who search for signs bit. 1)Keep looking 2) Look without bias or prejudgment, which TBH I think for you at this moment in time is pretty much impossible.

36 years on this planet is enought time for me to make my own mind up on this matter, tho if you do believe in things like this thats up to you, perhaps your views will change over the years aswell tho either way it makes no difference to me and my views.

You can spend a whole lifetime searching but if your going to look with blinkered eyes you will never find anything, which, I think would suit you, you dont want to look because it will unsettle ad uproot what you believe. what would you do if tomorrow you were diagnosed with cancer and a nurse ofered to pray for you, then the next day the cancer had totally gone. What would you think? what would you do? Still deny theres some other power there that can heal? Just because it hasnt happened to you doesnt mean it doesnt happen.

so because i dont believe what you do that makes it wrong eh? , i guess a lot of it comes down to what you have seen, whilst not having cancer (i dont wish that on anyone), i do however have a lifetime condition, feel free to pray for me,i'll keep you posted and if anything happens my view might change.

*note the first bit ''those who search for signs will find them'' ,i.e look hard enough and believe and just about anything is possible, doesnt mean divine intervention took place ;)

What about though when people are that sceptical that they look for everyway possible to disproove an event. I know I certainly didn't believe and at the time I was mocking the bloke trying to convince us. It was only when the events took place that I was taken back by it.

As for the chap that e-mailed me, only got it this mornign so i'll reply to it when I get home from work :)

To disprove the possibility of Miracles occuring, then one would need to fully disprove the existence of God. To carry that forward into christianity (as an example), then one would need to prove that Jesus was not exactly who he is described to be.

That's assuming that Christianity has exclusive rights on all miracles

i dont beleive in god either or any all powerful entity for that matter ,just because something happens that is not the norm does not make it a miracle ,this of course is my view and everyone else is welcome to ther own opinions.
