is my mobo on its way out ?

hi i just want to know if my mobo is on it way out
becaue SOme times when i put my computer in to standby it wont resume and when i turn it off it hasnt resumed it wont boot up i have to disconnect all my cables in the mobo and reconnect them to get it to work

i have a asus p5n32 sli wif/fi (its a old one about 4 years old NOW since i got it)

What operating system is it? Has it just started happening? Anything obvious changed at that point? hardware/software etc

It started when I had xp on so I upgraded to vista and the problem was fixed for about a week then I installed windows 7 and it was fine till last week
 
Kind of implies it must be hardware related.. what about the bios?

Edit: might be worth doing a memtest on it to rule out ram

getting a other problem

now when i boot i get CPU Ucode mismatch and Unknowing CPU Vender

EDIT: SCREW IT i am going to get a new mobo any recamendations for one that has a FSB of 1333 (and can support DDR2 1066 Not in overclocked mode) and with with a multiplayr OC ?
