Is the graphics card dead?

My dad's computer is showing these green lines. He first noticed it when he opened any type of game, it would show these green artifacts on the screen and freeze the computer / screen goes black.

Now its stuck in some sort of boot loop where it won't boot into windows anymore. Here's an example of what it looks like in the bios:



Anytime the pc now boots up, it'll just go onto automatic repair, but not actually repair it.

Have you tried unplugging the GPU and running on Integrated Graphics from the motherboard? This will prove if its the GPU or another component.

Take the GPU fully out so its not even in the case. Then it will have to use Integrated Graphics
