Is the GTX 560ti the best quiet + low wattage card for £200?

Looking for the best 'quiet' GFX card for around the £200 mark, it will also be going in a PC that is left on pretty much 24/7 so low wattage would be a bonus too, from my research it looks like the 560 is the best bet at this price range?

if your only considerations are quiet and low wattage - but an ancient GPU and passive cool it.

If you want to game with it also, either a 560 or 6950 might need to be considered

Idle power consumption is very good on most cards now. I even read a review the other day that said even the mighty 480 only consumes 39w at idle, an we all know how much that thing is said to suck. The 6970 only pulls 30 wattish too...

Compared to 2-3 years ago that's nowt....

Just grabbed myself the last Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560Ti SUPER OC, a bit pricey @ £249 but this must be close to the GTX 570 specs but at lower wattage and also quieter.
