Is the HR-03 Plus Worth it on an 8800 GTS?

I recently bought an 'EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS SuperClocked 640MB GDDR3' but at the moment it's the noisiest thing in my PC so I'm hoping to make it much quieter.

Will using a HR-03Plus, and the quietest 92mm fan I can find (any suggestions?) make a significant difference?

Should make a significant difference to the noise, with a silent fan it will still probably cool better than the stock fan, but not such a huge amount with it being a slow fan.

Should do.

Just make sure to get the newest revision of the HR-03 Plus as that ships with the HSI heatsink (iirc) which is required for the GTS.
